Futures Thinking

Understanding what drives change helps clients anticipate and manage the future. We have experience of horizon scanning, scenario planning and running futures workshops.

CLIENT / Ministry of Technology and Communications, Oman

This Horizon Scanning Report was produced following a two-day workshop process, in Oman, for senior officials and leaders from the Ministry of Technology and Communications and across government and commerce. We also ran a Training Day to embed a set of futures skills with Omani professionals.
